E-Fairs

Here’s some things to note in particular about E-Fairs that everyone needs to be aware of:

• You cannot un-import an E-Fair once you have imported it into OPOL - so make sure all online orders are in before importing.
   
• When you import an E-Fair, all credit card info for orders being held to ship with the rest of the book fair, are also imported into OPOL.  Thus, it is important that you do not delete a book fair order in OPOL once you import the eFair or you will lose customer's payment info.
   
• Credit cards entered in on E-Fairs are not charged until the order is shipped.
   
• Once your E-Fair ships, all orders in the online summary will say shipped, no longer distinguishing which orders were held to be shipped with the rest of the order.  Thus, make sure you have printed off the summary page before the order ships so you know who needs the books out of the order - and who had their order shipped already.
